| Situated in a valley surrounded by towering mountains with barrio-covered hillsides, the city has a certain dramatic setting. It is lively and the traffic is insane and appeared, at least when I was there, not nearly as dangerous as it was made out to be. But then again I wasn't there long and maybe I was just lucky.%0D
