| Home of the original after which all similar geological features are named, it is a rather small geyser field, full of tourists (and their tour buses). Strokkur, the largest geyser now erupting (the original's plumbing has been rearranged by earthquakes and doesn't perform any more), can be seen from several miles away when it gets a good head of steam going.
