This has to be one of, if not the most impressive waterfalls in the world. The massive Paraná river enters a sort of "inland delta" where it spread across the flat landscape. It then meets a huge rend in the earth's surface and the water just falls into the chasm.

You can only truly appreciate it from the air. In fact, this was my first trip in a helicopter.

These pictures were taken with a small instamatic camera. I'd love to go back and reshoot the whole thing.
