| This is a city with a vibe that I like and a faint air of decay. A place of faded glory, with ostentatious buildings in disrepair -- think Paris without the upkeep. The have the latest schedule I've ever seen: you don't go out to dinner before 10:30pm at the earliest and forget about getting into a club before 1am. I have no idea when they get a chance to sleep.%0D
